Lunch – All Wrapped Up

Five days worth of feel-great lunches! Check out HAC’s picks for easy meals that require even less time and effort than ordering takeout:

Mediterranean Wrap

Mediterranean Wrap

  •  2-3 oz Breast Meat of a Rotisserie Chicken
  • Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • Kalamata Olives, Pitted
  • Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • Red Onion, Diced
  • Large Romaine Leaf
  • Greek Dressing (Try Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Greek)

Combine all ingredients except romaine leaf, then wrap the mixture in the leaf and enjoy or save for later!

Chicken Salad Wrap

Chicken Salad Wrap

  • 8 oz Breast Meat of a Rotisserie Chicken
  • 2 TBSP Helmann’s Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Plain, Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1/8 Cup Chopped Apples
  • 1/8 Cup Chopped Grapes
  • 1 TBSP Chopped Walnuts (Optional)
  • 1 TBSP Diced Celery
  • Large Romaine Leaf

Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Mix thoroughly. Top romaine leaf with mixture. Enjoy!

Teriyaki Steak Wrap

Teriyaki Steak Wrap

  • 2-3 oz Steak
  • Teriyaki Sauce (Try Veri Veri Teriyaki)
  • Onion, as desired
  • Broccoli, as desired
  • Shredded Cabbage Mix
  • Large Romaine Leaf

Cook steak to desired doneness in a pan over medium high heat, add onion and broccoli and cook until vegetables are soft. Place some cabbage mix in the romaine leaf and top with teriyaki mixture.

  • 2 Slices Turkey Bacon
  • Ripe Avocado, diced
  • Tomato, diced
  • 1/2 TBSP Helmann’s Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
  • 1/2 TBSP Plain, Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • Large Romaine Leaf

Cook bacon according to package instructions. Combine mayonnaise with greek yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Spread over the romaine leaf and top with bacon, avocado, and tomatoes.

Smoked Salmon Wrap

Smoked Salmon Wrap

  • 3 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 2 TBSP Fat Free or Reduced Fat Herbed Cream Cheese
  • Cabbage Mix
  • Large Romaine Leaf

Spread cream cheese on the romaine leaf. Top with cabbage and salmon.
